What is GECA?
Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) is a not-for-profit, membership based organisation with a mission to promote environmentally preferable products and services.
When you purchase products and services with the GECA Environmental Choice Australia Ecolabel, your purchase is supporting environmentally preferable production and consumption. Under GECA certification, products and services are certified against minimum environmental performance criteria across its life cycle to ensure that certified products deliver better environmental outcomes.
Are your cleaners safe for all kinds of surface?
At Krystalshield we have 4 product ranges: Eco-Shield, Sanicare Plus, Shield Pro & Krystalcoat.
All Products under the Eco-Shield and Sanicare Plus range are generally safe on all surfaces but care should always be taken by testing a small area before proceeding with use.
Products under the Shield Pro and Krystalcoat ranges are made for specific surfaces in mind and if not used correctly can cause harm to the substrate.
Are your products cruelty free?
Krystalshield products are NOT tested on animals.

We accept Visa & Mastercard, should you wish to direct deposit please call 1300 519 074 to place your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is between $10.00 and $35.00 plus GST depending on the type of product and state.
How long will shipping take?
Standard orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days of order receipt. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days.
